The money Ennis admitted to taking from Foster has since been seized by the bank and returned, but Ennis said the two Rolex watches are still in a safety deposit box in Louisiana. He said he didn't recall if she was injured.
"(Foster) did not strike her, injure her or threaten her", said Rickard. I wanted him t go down.
And then, on cross-examination by Foster's defense attorney, she also revealed that she has a history of lying about domestic violence and has served jail time for an incident in 2011 when she accused a former boyfriend.
The testimony came roughly three weeks after Ennis originally recanted her accusations in a statement released by her attorney, Stephanie Rickard.
Elissa Ennis would go on to retract everything she said about Foster, including admitting to being in a fight with another woman that caused her injuries. Two months later, accuser Elissa Ennis, the linebacker's ex-girlfriend, admitted that he had never hit her.

"This was some very raw, emotional testimony and it was very unusual to see a victim get on the stand like that and just completely say she lied to the police", said legal analyst Steven Clark, who is not party to the case.
Foster, entering his second season with the 49ers after being selected in the first round of the 2017 draft, has not been allowed to participate in the team's offseason program while the case is in progress.
"I was pissed and I wanted to end him", Ennis said, when asked why she made up the lie. Ennis broke down into tears multiple times during the testimony and at one point was offered a 10-minute recess by Judge Nona L. Klippen to compose herself. Bentley suggested they weren't consistent with a 228-pound linebacker punching the petite Ennis with a closed fist, as Ennis initially told police. Based on Elissa Ennis's initial allegations, police arrested Foster on February 11, and he was charged last month with three felonies, including domestic violence, forcefully attempting to prevent a victim from reporting a crime and possession of an assault weapon.
For now, the prosecution's case hinges on Ennis' initial statement to authorities and hospital workers February 11 - not what she said on the stand Thursday while under oath.
And the case against Foster seemed to unravel nearly in full.

Another fissure that opened up last weekend is sending molten rock crawling towards the ocean at about 20 yards per hour. The area taking the brunt of the eruption is about 25 miles down Kilauea's eastern flank, near the village of Pahoa.
