Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti is calling out Rudy Giuliani for misogynistic and risky comments he made about women in the adult film industry. Davidson also responded to that suit on Thursday, rejecting her claim that he was not looking out for her best interest and arguing that he helped the porn star accomplish "her stated goals of monetizing her reported 2007 sexual relationship with Donald Trump".
Davidson has been co-operating with a federal investigation of Cohen in a sign that prosecutors are closely scrutinizing payments to women in the run-up to Trump's 2016 election.
Cohen in one message in January refers to Davidson as "pal" and instructs him in another message to oversee any interviews or statements by Daniels. Davidson has denied the claims. "Stormy Daniels?" Giuliani said while shaking his head.
Daniels' work as an adult film actress "entitles you to no degree of giving your credibility any weight", he said, adding that people could "just look" at Daniels to know she wasn't believable.

Trump has denied Daniels' allegations that they had sex just months after his wife, Melania, gave birth to their son.

To have had the victories that I have had, to have the results that I have, obviously moving a step in the right direction. Now I just have to go find her, because I need to tell her some juicy stuff. "I don't know who said that I feel pressure".
The text is presumably a reference to first lady Melania Trump.
"The disclosure of any information to Mr. Cohen regarding Ms. Clifford's contemplated action was a clear violation of Mr. Davidson's duty of loyalty and obligation to maintain Ms. Clifford's client confidences", according to the complaint, which was filed by Clifford's current lawyer, Michael Avenatti.
"Rudy is great, but Rudy is Rudy", Trump told reporters at the White House.
This week, Daniels filed another lawsuit alleging that her former lawyer Keith Davidson and Cohen worked together "in an attempt to use and manipulate Ms. Clifford in a manner created to benefit Mr. Cohen and Mr. Trump".
"If you're involved in a sort of slimy business, (that) says something about you - says something about how far you'll go to make money", Giuliani told CNN. "He is an embarrassment to the profession and seems to have forgotten what the attorney-client privilege is all about".
Davidson also claimed his discussion with Cohen about Daniels making an appearance on Fox News came after Daniels herself expressed eagerness to do so.
