The yacht, named "Privacy", is docked at Gurney's Yacht Club in Montauk, a luxury resort roughly 26 miles east of Shinnecock Hills.
The 14-time major champion is now ranked 80th in the world following last weekend's Memorial Tournament, where he finished tied for 23rd.
The New York Post's Page Six celebrity news site said Woods had made a decision to spend the week of the tournament on his 155-foot yacht named "Privacy". We do hope anyone aboard the Privacy is careful with any dark liquids, as there are also white silk wall coverings and white carpeting throughout much of it.

Key in that regard was his backhand, which consistently flustered Thiem, who didn't have the same bag of tricks at his disposal. A year later he exacted his revenge over the Swede, but this time in the final for his fifth Roland Garros title.
In advance of the annual golf major teeing off at the Shinnecock Hills Golf Course on June 14, Woods has already brought his 155-foot boat to Montauk Yacht Club so he can live and sleep aboard it during the tournament.
The boat has 6,500sqft of space taken up in part by six staterooms, room for 21 people to stay, plus a theater, gym, a full bar and an eight-person hot tub.
Woods bought "Privacy" in 2004, and he and his former wife Elin Nordegren spent their wedding night aboard the yacht. At least there don't appear to be any awkward encounters at the marina yet-nothing like when Nordegren's alleged boyfriend, billionaire Chris Cline, had his own yacht docked just a few years away from Woods' on Jupiter Island in Florida.
