Hitman 2 takes players on a global adventure across a mix of bustling worldwide locations, including a vibrant Miami setting with the colorful ambiance of an in-progress motorsport race bringing a new backdrop to the series.
While IO Interactive and Warner Bros. have announced the existence of the game - alongside a release trailer featured up above - neither has given many details on what the game is going to be like: Whether it will be a full game outright or an episodic title like the most recent Hitman title from 2016 remains to be seen. Along the way, he will visit six locations, like Miami, fight the Shadow Client's minions and learn the truth about himself.
Co-op is also making its way to the Hitman series with a standalone mode called Sniper Assassin.

Hitman 2 Gold Edition comes with everything in the previous edition, as well as an Expansion 2 pack with even more locations, missions, outfits, Sniper Assassin maps and weapons. Thanks to IO splitting off from previous publisher Square Enix and retaining the Hitman rights, the sequel will instead be published by Batman: Arkham publisher WB Games.
