The 6-month-old golden retriever named Todd took a bite in the face from the snake, saving his owner, Paula Goodwin, from the attack.
According to AZ Family, Paula Goodwin was walking with her dogs in Anthem when she nearly stepped on a rattlesnake.
But Todd swooped in and saved her, she said. Less than 20 minutes later, they arrived at an animal hospital, where Todd received antivenom.
On Monday Godwin posted to Facebook that "Todd is recovering so well". "Please say a prayer for my sweet hero".
White House official 'unaware' of Trump's plans to exit WTO
Should Trump announce a withdrawal at some point in the future, it would cast doubts over trillions of dollars of global trade. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin immediately denied the report . "He thinks there's aspects of it that aren't fair".
Paula had been all smiles previously sharing her walk with Todd on Facebook Live.
"This is Todd. He saved his human from a rattlesnake yesterday".
The dog's owner told KTAR News that she picked the puppy up and ran down the hill with Copper. A true h*ckin hero.
Photos of puffy Todd and the tale of bravery soon spread from Facebook to Twitter, where the We Rate Dogs - a popular and humorous account that rates dogs on a scale of 1 to 10 - posted pics of the furry hero Sunday. "Just a thank you to all the support Your kindness and support is truly a blessing". "Donations are not towards Todd's bill but for those in need of help in paying unexpected vet bills". He's expected to make a full recovery and has been rewarded our fifth ever 15/10'. According to patch.com, Godwin's medical expenses for Todd were $1,500. She said her courageous dog is doing "so well", and she is amazed by how quickly he is recovering from the potentially-deadly bite.
