Gregg "Rocky" Brooks has accused the 55-year-old actor of "maliciously and forcefully" punching him twice in his ribs before saying he'd pay the location manager $100,000 to "punch [him] in the face" in April 2017 and claimed he suffered "physical pain and emotional and psychological injury" as a result. He said production had a permit to film until 7 PM outside the Barclay Hotel in Los Angeles and until 10 PM inside.

In the court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Brooks says Depp screamed, "Who the f** a href="" * told Page Six in May that the incident was overblown".

Actor Johnny Depp posed at the world premiere of the film "Murder on the Orient Express", in November 2017, in London. When he informed the director Brad Furman he allegedly replied: "Why don't you tell that to Johnny Depp".

Before he could enlist the officer's help, however, Brooks" suit says that Depp accosted Plaintiff and began attacking him, angrily screaming in his face "WHO THE F- ARE YOU? When Brooks explained who he was, the actor allegedly shouted "I don't give a fuck who you are and you can't tell me what to do!", before assaulting him. Brooks said he was seeking out the off-duty sheriff's deputy serving as set security when Depp found him first.

Brooks was sacked three days later, after he refused to sign a release over his right to sue. Brooks also claims Depp smelled of alcohol.

Gregg "Rocky" Brooks was hired as a location manager a year ago for the movie "City of Lies" - a story about Biggie Smalls' murder. Furman allegedly told Brooks, "Why don't you tell that to Johnny Depp?".

The suit is for unspecified damages.

The actor is now suing his former managers for $25 million for mishandling his finances, and he was sued in May by a pair of former security guards over unpaid wages and a "toxic" work environment.
