The singer was arrested on an outstanding out-of-county warrant from previous year, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said. Singer Chris Brown spent some of his Thursday behind bars in West Palm Beach, Florida. The warrant for his arrest was in connection to an incident at a Tampa night club past year in which Brown is accused of attacking a photographer.
Tampa Police released more details about the battery warrant on Friday after Brown posted $2,000 bond to be released from the Palm Beach County Jail.
Brown has a history of arrests.

In 2016, he was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a woman told police he had threatened her with a gun. The photographer reportedly moved while trying to tell Brown that he was hired to take photos of the crowd.

A rep for the singer has not yet responded to Yahoo Entertainment request for comment.
Brown was accused of domestic violence in 2009 involving his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
