In a joint statement, Kidder's family and the Park County Coroner's Office urged: '...those suffering from mental illnesses, addiction and/or suicidal thoughts to seek appropriate counselling and treatment'.
In what may have been her final interview before her death, Kidder told WWJ's Sandra McNeill on May 9 she was "sad but not that sad" when her "Superman" co-star Christopher Reeve became a quadriplegic.
MARGOT Kidder's daughter says the Superman actress' death has been ruled a suicide. It is unknown which drugs she ingested.
Kidder struggled with mental illness through a good part of her life, a situation that was made worse by a 1990 vehicle crash that left her in debt and led to her using a wheelchair for nearly two years.
Two hurt as Israel hits Gaza targets over ‘arson balloons’
A number of Palestinians "infiltrated" Israel and threw firebombs and "an explosive device" before returning to Gaza, it said. Israel also demands the release of a prisoner said to have mental health issues, thought to be a hostage of Hamas.
Kidder was found May 13 in her home in the USA state of Montana.
"It's a big relief that the truth is out there", she said. A cause of death was not originally reported, but Kidder's manager, Camilla Fluxman Pines, said at the time that she had passed away peacefully in her sleep. While living in Montana, she was also an activist for progressive causes and animal rights. I want what I know about her to be out there because it was glorious.
The actress died at the age of 69 at her home in Livingston, Montana, on 13 May.
And she was known for her work as a mental-wellness advocate, in part because of her own struggles with mental health. She continued to act in many movies and TV shows, most recently the 2017 film "The Neighborhood".
"It's a very unique sort of grief and pain", McGuane said.
