KXIP vs KKR Live Score

Brooks Koepka is impossible to overlook now as one of golf's big guns, winning the PGA Championship with machine-like precision to go along with his back-to-back US Open titles.

After failing to hit a fairway in regulation on the front nine, the four-time PGA Championship victor needed only 10 putts in an extraordinary display of scrambling.

Woodland made a triple-bogey 7, but he did finish his round with two birdies and will begin the final round at the PGA Championship three strokes off the lead.

Then he drilled his tee shot at the 10th right down the middle. Of course, any time Tiger is playing, he is going to dominate coverage (as he should), but this felt like we were just watching the two afternoon featured groups (Woods, McIlroy and Thomas, and Phil Mickelson, Jason Day and Keegan Bradley) on PGA.com. He made birdie at the 11th to reach 12 under.

But for all the buzz Woods generated on Saturday, the reality is that capturing a 15th major from four shots back of the front-running Brooks Koepka will require something special. Woods had to settle for a 66, and by the time everyone else came through the 17th hole, he slipped back to a tie for sixth, four shots out of the lead. "Because of that, you got to make birdies". And hopefully I go out and play decent tomorrow and see what happens.

I asked Woodland if he might have needed one more club for his second shot.

Woods answered his bogey with an 11-foot birdie putt at the par-3 sixth and a seven-footer for birdie at the seventh, the crowds and buzz around him growing with every hole.

"Another low round", Woods said on what it will take to win.

The jets were armed but did not open fire, North American Aerospace Defense Command spokesman Cameron Hillier said by phone. The man could reportedly be heard on audio recordings telling air traffic controllers that he is "just a broken guy".

"I'm exhausted. I am definitely exhausted", said Woods, who sweated through four shirts in his opening five holes.

"So in eight holes, he had seven birdies", Furyk said.

Finau completed his adventurous second round Saturday morning, finishing with 10 birdies in a 4-under-par 66 that was good enough to make the cut.

That put him at 10-under 130, breaking by one the PGA Championship record and tying the 36-hole score for all majors.

Of course, the story of the tournament for Woods has been his play on the front nine over the first three days. He muscled it three feet past the hole, then pulled the comebacker off line and, after settling for a disappointing par, he briefly grabbed the putter with both hands, as if to bend it, before deciding better of it. "I feel like I'm where I want to be".

In the third round, Finau made four birdies and three bogeys. "They were talking about him as we left, and I was just standing there laughing".

"I don't think I'd ever played in front of that many people", he told reporters Saturday.
