President Donald Trump fired off on Twitter Friday night, targeting Los Angeles Laker LeBron James over his interview earlier in the week with CNN's Don Lemon. "He's doing an unbelievable job for his community".

In the CNN interview, James focused on the I Promise School, which he founded in association with the Akron Public School system to help at-risk children in his hometown.

On Saturday night, the president took to Twitter to bash James following a Monday night interview James did with CNN's Don Lemon.

US President Donald Trump has taunted US basketball player Lebron James and suggested that he prefers Michael Jordan.

Saturday morning, James tweeted pictures of students from his school.

OH governor John Kasich, a Republican like Trump, and former newscaster Dan Rather also criticized the President's tweet about James.

Meghan and Harry are said to be keeping a low profile at their house in the Cotswolds due to increased media attention. She has been throwing shade at her sister for quite some time now, and it doesn't look like she is planning to stop.

The statement from Stephanie Grisham said, "It looks like LeBron James is working to do good things on behalf of our next generation". And Jordan has been criticized for not speaking up on the more important issues hounding his country.

Though Jordan hasn't played in years, fans have endlessly argued about which athlete is better on the pro-basketball court - James or Jordan. LeBron publicly criticized Donald back in September 2017 when he called him a "bum" in a tweet for cancelling his invitation to the Golden State Warriors to celebrate their championship win at the White House. An unnamed senior White House official told ABC News that Trump wasn't siding with James, but rather siding with children. "I support LeBron James", he said through a spokesman. It said: "I support LeBron James".

This isn't the first time that the repeat-championship player has used his platform to speak out.

James described Trump as a "bum" following the furor.

During the interview, James shared his thoughts on Trump and how his policies and behavior has drawn a wedge between Americans, especially when it comes to sports. But the attack on James, who was being interviewed by another black man, to some resembled a racial dog whistle.
