The unnamed Polish model and Weinstein were supposed to attend a business lunch together, per court documents, but Weinstein instead took her to his apartment.
Despite Weinstein's alleged angry response to Jane Doe's refusal, he apparently let her leave.
Weinstein's civil lawyer, Elior Shiloh, declined to comment. Each time, the filing said, he made clear that he was the only person who could help her become an actor.
The actress also accused the movie producer of "continuously" contacting her from 2004 to 2005 with "verbal sexual advances and emphasizing that he held the keys to Hollywood" that continued until 2011 when she says she cut off all contact with him.
Jane Doe, who is one of 10 named plaintiffs in the class action, was able to leave the alleged encounter - but lawyers say she "endured almost a decade of sexual harassment and emotional abuse at his hands" afterwards.
The incident allegedly took place only three days after the model met Weinstein at a soiree for her modeling agency Next.
In another encounter described in the filing, Weinstein blurted out his sexual attraction to pop star Christina Aguilera, who was being shown on a television, and then allegedly unzipped his trousers and touched his penis.

She said: "This time it's going to be very cute, It's not gonna be scary; it's going to be very, very cute". Judging by the reaction on Twitter , it seems fans were not disappointed by her latest offering.
Things are getting worse for embattled producer Harvey Weinstein.
Weinstein is also facing criminal charges involving allegations that he raped an unidentified woman in his Manhattan hotel room in 2013 and performed a forcible sex act on a different woman in 2006. "Jane Doe first froze, and then fled the office".
He turned himself into a NY police station before being charged with first and third degree rape in 2013, seemingly in a Midtown Manhattan hotel, and a criminal sex act in the first degree in 2004. The lawyer says they show an intimate, consensual relationship.
The accusation came Wednesday in a new complaint filed in NY by the anonymous accuser, identified only as "Jane Doe".
"I came of age in the '60s and '70s, when all the rules about behaviour and workplaces were different", the 66-year-old said in a freakish statement in October that apologised for and yet appeared to justify his behaviour.
A judge had given them until October 31 after expressing scepticism about the strength of their allegations the studio board conspired to cover-up Weinstein's misdeeds by intimidating accusers.
"Now they will answer for it", she said.
